Chris Adkins
Sales Engineer / Owner
Chris was born and raised in Indiana and has 25+ years of experience serving the HVAC Market. He is a 1993 graduate of Purdue University. He enjoys skiing, golf, tennis and spending time with his wife Christa and son Alex.
Ryan Carr
Sales Engineer / Owner
Ryan is a Purdue engineering graduate and a third generation mechanical contractor with 25+ years of experience in the HVAC market. He spent the first part of his career as a project manager/estimator for mechanical contractors around Indianapolis. He then made the transformation to a sales engineer for the local McQuay Rep before co-founding Indiana Thermal Solutions in 2007. Ryan joined the ownership team of Keller-Rivest in 2016 after seeing opportunities to better meet customer needs with more innovative solutions. He concentrates on building relationships and trust with our customers to prove that Keller Rivest/ITS are the solutions to their HVAC needs. Ryan enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
Joe Barbarossa
Ft. Wayne Office - Sales Engineer/Owner
Joe Barbarossa is one of the founding members of Indiana Thermal Solutions. He is responsible for commercial sales and customer growth in the Northeast Indiana territory. He is a 1989 Purdue graduate with 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Joe lives in Fort Wayne, IN and is an avid Purdue sports fan who likes to golf and travel.
Brian Rockey
Sales Engineer
Brian joined Indiana Thermal Solutions in 2007 and has nearly 20 years experience in the HVAC industry. He graduated from Purdue University in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Brian is LEED certified in Building Design and Construction. He currently lives in Fishers, IN with his wife and 7 children.
Andrew Harpineau
Sales Engineer
Andrew joined ITS in 2012 after completing the Trane Graduate Training Program. He spent 6 years as a Trane Sales Engineer in Southern Indiana and Western Kentucky. He is passionate about the industry and applies the Customer-First approach to each of his projects. Andrew received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. He is a Certified Energy Manager and a certified LEED professional.
Steve Miller
South Bend Office - Sales Engineer
Steve joined ITS in 2010 and has 38 years experience in the HVAC industry. He has worked on the contractor side and previously with Carrier before joining ITS. He graduated with a BSBA from IWU. Steve is the proud father of his 2 children Kayla and Carson.
Russ Morris
Ft. Wayne Office - Sales Engineer
Russ joined Indiana Thermal Solutions in 2014 and has over 15 years experience in the HVAC industry. He graduated from Rose-Hulman Inst. Of Technology in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He currently resides in Fort Wayne, IN with his wife and children.
Paul Howard
Sales Engineer
Paul served in the US Navy in Jacksonville, Florida from 1986-1991 where he met his wife of 27 years. They have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. He holds a plumbing license and a local 440 Pipefitter card with over 20 + years experience in the HVAC industry.
John Lang
Sales Engineer
John has been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years. He specializes in light commercial jobs, parts, and supplies sales. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Industrial Supervision. He has been married for 30 years and has 3 children, and 2 grandchildren .
Tony Skudrzik
Parts Department
Tony Skudrzik works in the Parts Department at Indiana Thermal Solutions. He went to high school at North Central in Indianapolis and graduated from Xavier University with a degree in Finance. He played soccer from childhood all the way through college. He loves to play sports and travel. Please contact him for any parts needs.
Shirley Parmelee
Parts Department
Shirley Parmelee has been in the HVAC market for 45 years. She started as a secretary and worked her way up to Parts Manager. She has worked with primarily the Daikin Applied formerly McQuay line since 1973. Her hobbies are travel and singing in her church choir.
